A packed year of live music shows is coming to one of Morecambe's most iconic entertainment venues.
The Alhambra continues to make a successful comeback and in 2024 will host more concerts and live entertainment shows than for many years.
Gigs will include the hugely popular March of the Mods and Morecambe Rides Again scooter weekender, run by Morecambe music promoter Mark Dugan, who is also bringing a series of tribute nights and live bands to the Alhambra.
Another well-known Morecambe promoter, Steve Middlesbrough, who has been running entertainment events and festivals in the town for more than 50 years, is also bringing his series of 'Morecambe Live' music shows to the venue.
They will include regular Jazz Mansion jazz-funk nights, Country Kickback country events, and top tributes to Taylor Swift, Steely Dan and Take That.
Legendary punk poet John Cooper Clarke is also coming to the venue, and regular family professional wrestling nights will also continue.
The Alhambra also hosts Corrosion Fest this weekend (March 8 and 9), two nights of goth and alternative music featuring bands from across Europe.

The Alhambra first opened in 1901 and was a popular entertainment venue in the town until a devastating fire in 1970.
The building reopened as the Inn on the Bay club later in the 1970s, before being renamed The Carleton.
It temporarily closed in 2012 and 2016 but reopened soon afterwards.
