Shrimps Live - Exclusive commentary of every Morecambe FC game

Every kick, every game, every goal. Beyond Radio has once again partnered with Morecambe Football Club, to provide full match commentary of every game.

Morecambe fans can listen to exclusive, full, uninterrupted radio commentary of every single game in both league and cup, home and away, which will be broadcast simultaneously across North Lancashire and South Cumbria on 103.5FM, 107.5FM, DAB+ digital radio, as well as available to listen to or watch on the iFollow Shrimps platform.

Hosting Shrimps Live  is experienced broadcaster, Dave Salmon. Dave has 25-years-experience in the media industry, and is no stranger to the Mazuma Mobile Stadium, having commentated on every game in both of the Shrimps’ two seasons in League One.

Dave will be joined in the commentary box by a host of special guests during the season.

Fans can also enjoy the ‘Shrimps Verdict’ podcast, featuring online, on demand content, including audio match highlights, post-match interviews and reaction, opposition previews, and the chance for supporters to have their say.

Speaking ahead of the new season, Dave Salmon said: ‘’I am tremendously excited and honoured to be invited back for the new season, our third season of commentary.

‘’These are exciting times for club, and our town, and we’d love your ears on matchdays.

‘’Beyond Radio has established itself as an integral part of the local community in recent years and this is reflected in the station’s ongoing significant investment in the coverage. We plan to make the coverage as interactive as possible for supporters, both on air and online.

Shrimps Live broadcasts from 2:55pm on Saturdays and 7:40pm for midweek games.
