
Here is a summary of the latest results and times from our local athletics club.
Lancaster and Morecambe Athletics Club had plenty going on in October, including the Mid Lancs Cross Country event in Kendal on October 14.
There were many club members participating on the day across several age categories.
Isabelle Murphy finished first in the under 17 women’s category, while Tom Bowman came second in the under 20 men’s category.
Dozens of local athletics clubs were taking part in the event and, for each category, the five best clubs – in relation to finishing position – were recognised.
