Youngsters from Lancaster theatre school dance their hearts out at Disneyland Paris

The Turning Point Theatre Arts team at Disneyland in Paris

A group of young dancers from the Lancaster area have performed in front of one of their biggest ever audiences at Disneyland.

The team from Turning Point Theatre Arts, based in Lancaster, had an amazing time at Disneyland in Paris over the half-term week.

They performed at the Videopolis Theatre at the world-famous theme park and did themselves proud.

"Words can’t describe how proud we are of our TP Titans!" said a post on the Turning Point Facebook page.

"You danced your heart out and embraced every moment. With one of the biggest audiences we’ve ever performed to you held your nerve and danced beautifully!"

The team also found time to enjoy themselves at the theme park too!

Here are Turning Point leaders Gail Johnstone and Melinda Brookes on the train journey home.

This was the third time Turning Point Theatre Arts had performed in France and they have also toured the USA twice, appearing at Disneyland in California and on Hollywood Boulevard.

The group, based at Lancaster Leisure Park, has had a busy summer entertaining audiences in venues including Blackpool Opera House, The Platform in Morecambe, the Ashton Hall in Lancaster and the Youth Games.
