St John's Hospice has announced a full programme of fundraising events in 2022 and you can get involved!
Events will include the brand new Morecambe Bay Mud Run, the Moonlight Walk, Kendal Colour Dash and other fundraising events for the Slyne Road hospice.
Lisa Morgan, fundraising manager at the Lancaster hospice, told Beyond Radio that the hospice lost £1m through being unable to run fundraising events during the Covid lockdown.

"During the last two years of not being able to hold events, or very little events, that was a loss of over £1m just in events alone," said Lisa.
"So we have an action-packed year, something for everybody."
St John’s Hospice is a local charity which provides free palliative care to patients with life shortening conditions.
Services cover a population area of 250,000 people in North Lancashire, South Lakes and parts of North Yorkshire.

Mud4It - The Morecambe Bay Mud Run (in conjunction with Morecambe Sailing Club)
