The wife of world heavyweight boxing champion Tyson Fury will release a new book explaining how she runs her hectic life.

Paris Fury will bring out 'How Does She Do It? The Kids, Tyson and Me' in September.

Paris' first book 'Love and Fury: The Magic and Mayhem of Life with Tyson' came out in 2021 and was a Sunday Times bestseller.

The couple, who live in Morecambe, met in 2005 and were married in 2008.

They have six children, Venezuela, Prince John James, Prince Tyson II, Valencia, Princes Adonis Amaziah and Athena.

In March, the couple announced that Paris is expecting their seventh child.

Paris, who is originally from Doncaster, announced the news on her Instagram page parisfury1.

"Since my last book Love and Fury came out, everybody has asked me how I do everything that I do with six kids, Tyson's schedule, my own personal time. I'm pleased to announce that in September I'm bringing out a new book called How Does She Do It?

"It's about how I run my crazy hectic life with six kids, soon to be seven, with Tyson around the world, me and him globetrotting, and just day to day life of cooking, cleaning and everything else that us mothers have to do.

"I'm just really excited for that and look forward to all the responses that I know everyone is going to share. Thanks everyone for their support."

A description of the new book says: "Paris Fury can pack a week into everyone else's day. So how does she do it?

"Looking after six children, keeping house, while being there for her World Heavyweight husband Tyson, still looking amazing - and finding time for herself - is just a shortlist of what she manages.

"A lot can go wrong and often does, but Paris takes it all in her stride.

"She learnt her great home-making skills in her Gypsy childhood and here she shares all about daily life with the big Fury family and what works to keep life running - from shopping, mealtimes and big celebrations, to being ready for the unexpected, handling a crisis, and the tricks she knows to keep their home clean and uncluttered, as well as warm and welcoming.

"Balancing day-to-day parenting with Tyson alongside his boxing career, she is open about the stresses that go along with all the travel, fun and excitement.

"Finding time for herself too, Paris's incredible can-do, ready-for-anything attitude is a real inspiration to us all."

The book will be released on September 28.

Paris has appeared on the TV show Loose Women as a panellist and has supported her husband from ringside for his biggest fights.

After Fury first won the world heavyweight championship in 2015, he serenaded Paris in the ring with a rendition of 'I Don't Want to Miss a Thing' by Aerosmith.

Tyson, the WBC Heavyweight Champion, has been in Australia this week supporting his friend and fellow boxer Joseph Parker ahead of his fight today (May 24).
