Highest Point Festival Big Family Day Out to return

The Big Family Day Out returns to Highest Point festival on Sunday May 15

The Big Family Day Out will return as part of Highest Point Festival in Lancaster this May.

The family fun day will close the 2022 festival in Williamson Park on Sunday, May 15, and will include live music, disco, food, arts and crafts, butterflies, animals and lots more.

The event will run from 10am until 5pm, with last entry at 3pm. There are no age restrictions. The full line-up is to be confirmed.

Prices for the Big Family Day Out will be the same as for the 2019 festival - £10 for adults, £5 for kids and 5 and under get in for free.

They can be purchased at Skiddle. 

Highest Point Festival begins in Williamson Park on Thursday, May 12 when Richard Ashcroft will headline on the main stage, supported by Reverend and the Makers and The Lottery Winners.

Clean Bandit will headline on Friday, May 13. Also appearing will be Basement Jaxx (DJ set), Mimi Webb, Judge Jules, Sigala and more.

Then Kaiser Chiefs will headline on Saturday, May 14. Also on the bill will be Example, Jax Jones, The Cuban Brothers and more.

There is no Sunday evening event planned this year.
