Tyson Fury watches England World Cup win in Morecambe pub 24 hours after title victory

Tyson Fury visited the Hurley Flyer pub in Morecambe on Sunday to support England in the World Cup

Tyson Fury joined locals to watch the football in a Morecambe pub just 24 hours after retaining his WBC World Heavyweight Championship title against Dereck Chisora.

Fury was joined by fellow boxer, Joseph Parker and Tyson's wife, Paris (both pictured below) and other family and friends in the Hurley Flyer on Westgate as they settled down to watch England’s 3-0 victory over Senegal in Qatar in the World Cup Round of 16.

The world heavyweight boxing champion, who lives in Morecambe, later led the pub revellers in a rendition of ‘Sweet Caroline’, the Neil Diamond anthem he has recently himself released as a single, as celebrations continued into the evening.

A spokesperson for The Hurley Flyer said: "What a weekend we have had!

"Thank you so much to Tyson for coming in and celebrating your win with all of your friends and family last night and what a brilliant match it was too!

"3-0 to England!

"Check out Paris Fury’s Instagram post for the video of Tyson singing Sweet Caroline in the pub!"

The visit to the Hurley Flyer (below) came the day after Fury stopped Chisora in the 10th round in their contest at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium to retain his WBC Heavyweight Title.

His son Prince, who was watching his dad fight from ringside for the first time, carried his WBC championship belt into the arena.

Afterwards, father-of-six Tyson was also joined in the ring by Paris and daughter Venezuela.

Fury remains undefeated in his professional career of 35 fights.

He is now expected to face WBA, IBF and WBO heavyweight champion Oleksandr Uysk for the undisputed heavyweight crown in 2023.

The undercard of the fight also saw a return to victory for the ‘Westgate Warrior’, Isaac Lowe, in his bout with Sandeep Singh Bhatti.
