A Beyond Radio presenter and local fundraiser has unveiled a remembrance bench at a Lancaster college.
Mateo Sanderson helped raise funds for the bench at Beaumont College on Slyne Road, where he is an alumni student.
Mateo, who presents The Beyond Mateo Show, is a regular fundraiser for good causes in our local area.
On unveiling the bench Mateo said: "This bench has been put into place for anyone who wants to grab a cup of tea and remember people from past and present and have some time out to think.”
A Beaumont College spokesperson said: "Last year the Student Union decided they would like to do something different for Remembrance.
"The idea they came up with was to have a bench situated in college where people could go and have a quiet space.
"When former student Mateo was enrolled he always organised a remembrance service here at college, and he has continued to be our alumni student.
"With this in mind (the) Student Union asked if he would be happy to help finance towards the cost of buying a bench. So together this is what they have done."
The bench is located in the college grounds close to the garden entrance.
