A driver of a car has been airlifted to hospital following a serious collision on the A590 at Lindal.
The collision occurred shortly before 9.45am today (November 28), and involved a VW Golf and a tractor.
The driver of the Golf suffered serious injuries and was taken from the scene by air ambulance.
Anyone who witnessed the collision is asked to contact police.
Officers are particularly keen to hear from anyone who may have dashcam of the incident.
