Radford family announce grand opening of new Heysham pie shop and free pies

Britain's biggest family have announced a grand opening event for their new pie shop - and free pies to their first 50 customers!

The Radfords will hold an official opening ceremony with ribbon cutting for the new Radford's Pie Company shop at 376 Heysham Road from noon on Saturday.

The first 50 customers through the doors from noon, will get a free pie.

Members of the Radford family, stars of the TV show '22 Kids and Counting', will be there on the day.

The shop, formerly known as Faradays Bakery, had a refurbishment in July.

The Radfords have owned their own bakery in Heysham since 1999.

Dad Noel has around three decades of experience of working in bakeries and other members of the family help in the business too.

The Radfords, who live in Morecambe, appear in their own Channel 5 fly-on-the-wall documentary TV series '22 Kids and Counting'.

Noel and his wife Sue's children are Chris, Sophie, Chloe, Jack, Daniel, Luke, Millie, Katie, James, Ellie, Aimee, Josh, Max, Tillie, Oscar, Casper, Hallie, Phoebe, Archie, Bonnie, Heidie, and Alfie who was stillborn in 2014.
