
A celebration of living a happier and healthier lifestyle including pole dancing, cycling and much more will return to Lancaster city centre.
Bay Health Festivals 2024 comes to the city this Saturday and Sunday (July 13 and 14) from 10am to 4pm both days, with loads of activities for all the family.
You can drop into Dalton Square on Saturday for a showcase of health and wellbeing organisations from around the region.
There will be free health checks, live entertainment, and more.

The festival continues on Sunday with a Celebration of Cycling in Dalton Square.
This will focus on cycling and active travel for health and the environment.
There will be e-bike demos, cycling advice and more, as well as live entertainment throughout the day.
