A man in his 90s has died following a house fire in Kendal.
Cumbria Police said the fire at a property in Westwood Avenue, Kendal, was reported at 6:55am today (September 24).
The man was treated at the scene but later died on his way to hospital.
Police said there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death.
