A 'hole in the wall' takeaway remembered fondly by people in Morecambe has reopened in the town centre for the first time in 11 years.
Now known as The Food Shack, the unit next to the Arndale shopping centre was renowned to local people in the '80s and '90s as Dino's.
Angie Ferguson and Laura Borland from The Food Shack said that when they took over, it needed a lot of refurbishment after being closed for more than a decade.
The Food Shack has been open for a couple of months, serving a menu of burgers, breakfasts, specials, children's meals and Sunday roast dinners, which they deliver across the local area.
Angie, from Morecambe, and Laura, from Lancaster, said their roasts are already "the talk of the town".
Angie also runs two stalls at the Festival Market in Morecambe, selling flowers and household goods.
The Food Shack is open from Tuesday to Friday, 9.30am to 3pm, Saturdays 9.30am to 4pm, and open for roast dinner collections on Sundays from noon to 5pm.
