A man has been jailed for burglary and shoplifting in Lancaster, and breaching sex offender notification requirements.
James Dobson, 22, of no fixed abode, was handed a 12 month sentence during a hearing at Lancaster Magistrates Court, for the offences in July.
The court heard that Dobson forced his way into a city centre vape store overnight, causing considerable damage, then took around £1,000 worth of stock.
The defendant also stole more than £100 of meat from a city centre supermarket.
He also failed in his sex offender's notification requirements.
