Lancaster music legend John Waite put on special performance for care home residents on his return to his home city.
John, alongside Jo Waite and David Woods, played some of his biggest hits to entertain residents at Ashton Manor Care Home.
The star, who had a smash hit with 'Missing You' on both sides of the Atlantic in 1984, has been visiting Lancaster from his home in California.
While playing his guitar, he sang 'Catch The Wind', 'All Along the Watchtower' and his own hits 'Missing You' and 'When I See You Smile', another US number one hit for him and the band Bad English.
A video of the performance, in the care home garden, shows delighted staff and residents clapping at each song from the trio.

John is originally from Lancaster and began his music career in the local area before earning success in the band The Babys.
He achieved worldwide fame when his rock ballad 'Missing You' reached number one in the Billboard Hot 100 in America in 1984, also cracking the UK Top 10.
Waite often returns to Lancaster and is very proud of his North West roots.
He also popped in to the Tap House pub in Lancaster, and had a photo with licensee Bill Johnston (below).
