Beyond Radio is delighted to announce that we have appointed a new Finance Director.
Vikkie Phillips has joined the Beyond Radio board of directors with responsibility for looking after the station finances.
Vikkie was born and raised in Morecambe, and attended Our Lady's school in Lancaster.
She has worked at Local Choice for more than 20 years, currently as operations and finance manager.
Vikkie was also secretary for the Bay Tourism Association for three years.
She has been part of the Beyond Radio team for the past year.
Duncan Moore, managing director of Beyond Radio, said: "I am really pleased to welcome Vikkie to the board of directors here at Beyond Radio.
"Vikkie has already proved herself to be a vital member of our team and as Finance Director I'm sure she'll play an important part in our future development and sustainability."
The other board members at Beyond Radio are Duncan Moore (managing director), Chris Brookbanks (technical director), Greg Lambert (communications director), Dave Salmon (training director), Sam Cragg (volunteer support and events co-ordinator), Paul Fisher (HR director) and Mark Prada (commercial director).
